Visual Studio Integration

• To create a new entity project open visual studio 2005 and select File->New->Project->Visual E#, then fill in the various options and select OK.
• You can now build your entities directly in visual studio and add references to your project from other projects as well as had some design time intellisense and syntax hilighting.
• Try adding a new Entity to the project called 'Simple' and building the project.
